THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE A CONTRACT—READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES A RELEASE AND LICENSE FROM YOU, AND A LIMITATION OF CERTAIN OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
This Sweepstakes may not be used to conduct, advertise, or promote any form of gambling.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Fiesta Bowl VIP Tailgate Sweepstakes Presented by SeatGeek (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the state of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC (“Club”), SeatGeek, Inc. (“SeatGeek” or the “Sponsor”), the National Football League and its member clubs, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesale distributors and individual retail licensees (hereafter collectively, the “Released Parties”) and each such individual’s immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents), and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible to participate or win. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Club, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Club and/or Sponsor reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Mountain Standard Time on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time on January 6, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes, and participation in the Sweepstakes, are subject to these Official Rules. All submissions become the property of Club and will not be returned.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must: i) visit https://www.nfftailgate.com/; ii) follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete entry form; and iii) submit the entry form. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the cutoff deadline. Limit one (1) entry per person. Registration is free. Multiple submissions are not allowed and do not increase chances of winning. The use of script, macro, other automated means or any other device to subvert the registration process is prohibited and all such registrations will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of participant based on the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration form was submitted), provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. Participants’ personally identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy, as posted on

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: Mail-In Entry: Entrants may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x 5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) with his/her Sweepstakes entry and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC, Attention: SeatGeek VIP Tailgate Sweepstakes, PO Box 888, Phoenix, AZ 85001. Each entry, regardless of the submission method, will have an equal chance of winning. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 4, 2026 and received by January 6, 2026.
4. PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, “Prizes”) will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each Prize will consist of the following:
· Prize winner and their guest will receive two (2) VIP tailgate tickets to the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame Tailgate Kickoff Party at the Fiesta Bowl; and two (2) game tickets to attend the Fiesta Bowl game on January 8, 2026 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD). Actual Prize value may vary. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the value of the Prize won. No substitution for Prizes or parts thereof, except as may be granted by Club and/or Sponsor. If originally offered Prize is unavailable at the time of award, Club and/or Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable or additional value, in its sole discretion. By accepting a Prize, winner agrees to grant to the Club and/or Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner’s name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Sweepstakes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of cumulative entries received by the Sweepstakes deadline.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Club or SeatGeek. Exact seat locations to be determined solely by Club. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied toward tickets for any subsequent game. If unused, tickets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets. The award of a Prize does not indicate any endorsement, approval, or sponsorship of this Sweepstakes by any named or implied individual or entity. The Prize winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring the Prize or any portion thereof without the express consent of the Club. Other than the details of the Prize outlined above, Released Parties have no additional obligations or commitments to the Prize winner in connection with this Sweepstakes. All Prize details are at Club’s sole discretion.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received prior to the applicable Sweepstakes deadline (“Drawing”). The Drawing will be conducted by a staff member of the Club, which will be the administrator of the
Sweepstakes. Each potential winner will be notified via phone or e-mail to the potential winner’s associated phone number or email account provided at the time of entry (the “Prize Notification”). In the event that any potential winner does not respond to Prize Notification within twenty-four
(24) hours of the time of issuance (or such other timeframe as specified within the Prize Notification) or declines the prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Club’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Club’s decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Club will deliver via email to the winner, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Release”) to be executed and returned via email (or by facsimile) within 48 hours after receipt of Club’s email. By signing the Release, winner will agree to (a) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Club, SeatGeek and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, and advertising & promotion agencies from and against any and all harm, expense, loss, damage, liability, or injury resulting directly or indirectly from submitting an entry in the Sweepstakes or awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, (b) be bound by these Official Rules, and (c) authorize Club to use the winner’s names, likenesses, photographs, voices, and biographical data for advertising, promotional, and any other purpose, in any media. If a potential winner fails to sign and return to Club the Release within 48 hours after receipt of Club’s email, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random Drawing. Limit one Prize per participant and per household.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, all entrants warrant and represent that they have complied in full with these Official Rules, including but not limited to all eligibility requirements, and further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Club and/or the sweepstakes organization or entity, which are final and binding in all respects. Winner may be required to execute and return affidavits of eligibility and liability/publicity releases, except where prohibited by law, within five (5) days following the date of attempted notification. Winner must be an Arizona resident 18 years of age or older and may be required to complete, sign and return a liability release within the same period. Non-compliance within these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All entrants grant to Club and Sponsor, and their licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the entrant’s name, e-mail address, mailing address and other information collected on the Sweepstakes registration form as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Club and Sponsor. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertisement, promotional or marketing materials, or other announcements relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules govern. Club or Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time.
Further, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winner and their
guests agree to indemnify, defend (regardless of ultimate liability), release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, in no event will Released Parties be responsible for any damages or losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of this Sweepstakes or Winner or their guest’s participation in the Prize. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties. Check local laws for restrictions regarding these limitations or exclusions.
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all NFL rules, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Club and Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Club and/or Sponsor will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
7. DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions, which might indicate the applicability of any other state’s laws. Any and all controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Phoenix, Arizona, by filing a claim in accordance with the then effective Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered pursuant to such arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
8. NFL ENTITIES: The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including the Club), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
9. PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by the Club, and used for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and for commercial purposes in accordance with Club’s privacy policies available at https://www.azcardinals.com/about-us/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants expressly acknowledge that they may elect to have the Club share entrant’s information with SeatGeek for promotional purposes in accordance with SeatGeek’s privacy policy available at https://seatgeek.com/privacy. Opting-in to specific offers and/or requests to receive further communication from SeatGeek does not improve one’s chances of winning.
10. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winners (available after January 8, 2026), send a self-
addressed stamped envelope to: Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC, Attn: SeatGeek VIP Tailgate Sweepstakes Winners, 8701 S. Hardy Drive, Tempe, AZ 85284, for receipt no later than January 30, 2026.
11. SPONSOR: SeatGeek, Inc. (www.seatgeek.com). Entrants acknowledge and agree that SeatGeek is in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of winners.
